Cancellation policy |

3.1)
Cancellation Policy : Our
Cancellation Policy applies
to all bookings which are already
paid and confirmed with confirmation
voucher, unless the hotel you
have booked with has different
terms and conditions to those
stated below. Any policies dictated
by the hotel will always take
precedent over the policy stated
here. We will of course inform
you clearly if this is the case
with your booking.
If you wish to cancel your
booking please advise us as
early as possible. For 1 night
stay only, if a one night cancellation
fee is applied, no additional
administration fee will be charged.

No Show Policy : If you
do not show up at the hotel
on your arrival date and have
failed to inform us that you
wish to cancel your booking,
this is classed as a No Show.
In this case, full charge of
your total booking cost will
be applied. |

3.3)
Reduction of Length of Stay
: If you need to shorten
your booking during your stay,
you must inform the Reservation
Desk at the hotel as well as
our Resorthotel's office, to
receive your refund. If the
hotel charge us for your remaining
nights we will also, where as
if the hotel do not charge us
we will not charge you. In addition
a 10 percent administration
fee will be applied of your
remaining stay. |

Extension of Stay : If,
after your arrival, you wish
to extend your stay at the same
or different hotel, please contact
our local office so that you
are not charged the full room
rate from the hotel. |
